We pride ourselves on being more than just a
tackle & gun shop, we like to think of ourselves as a resource for local anglers
and shooters providing quality bait, tackle, fishing accessories as well as clothing. Our advice is always free and you can spend as much time as you like

Martin Lamb |
Principle owner of Newton Tackle & Gun Centre and the guy who will
greet you when you come in. I fish in most disciplines and understand
them all and work hard to ensure that Newton Tackle & Gun Centre s the best local
tackle shop around. I am an active member of The Newton Tackle & Gun Centre Anglers
Club and regularly fish in both fresh and salt water trips.

Chris Lamb
|
Chris works whenever he can which is usually on Fridays
evenings as we open until 6pm and Saturdays. Again Chris is an active
member of the TCSS fishing whenever they go and again in both fresh and
salt water. Chris has put a great deal of time and effort into
developing the shop and is as capable of offering help and advice to
anyone that comes into the shop.

Jim Lamb |
Jim joins us on Saturday's (when he is not playing in his
band) and fishes for both fresh water and salt water species and his happy to assist
anyone whilst in the shop.

Alan Riddell |
AKA "Uncle Al". Alan has over 45 years
angling experience under his belt, has had articles published by Angling
Times, was one of the top fly casting instructors whilst based at
Rutland Water and is a top rod builder and repair man. Alan also ties
flies to an extremely high standard (having presented flies to Royalty)
and brings a wealth of knowledge to the business. |

We are located on the Heywood Estate, Pottery Road
off the main Newton Road in Kingsteignton. Turn into
Pottery Road (between Jewson & County Garage) and take
the first left. The road bends to the right and Heywood
Estate is in front of you and we are the end unit on the
left.
